I've talked to TVM already on AIM about joining, but our schedule seem to conflict so I figured I'd post on here.
I first started UO briefly after AOS came out. I only played for about three or four months due to not having the time to put into it. I haven't played since until about two weeks ago.
My friend recently joined UOG and told me about it the next day. I joined and am loving it. Since I'm out of school and my job provides me with a laptop I can basically play all of the time (I can't always play at work though, but sometimes I can and I'm usually on AIM). I have three 7x GM's now. I have a blue Wrest/Mage (squirrls), a blue Fenc/Provo (Selene), and a red Swords/Mage (The Filibuster) who will be factioned to minax soon (regardless of whether I am accepted into your guild or not).
As I alluded, it has been a long time since I have played and now playing on this the ruleset is slightly different than OSI (like you need me to tell you that). So I am kind of learning UO again. I'm not terribly bad, but I need to get more practice in to be better with my timing.
A little about myself because I have nothing better to do at the moment. I am 20 years old and I work for Kaiser Permanente. I am a business applications coordinator. My job is to travel all over northern california (and I do travel all over freaking nor cal) and go to different Kaiser clinics and hospitals and help prepare staff for the institution of a new software program called EPIC (Kaiser has coined it "Health Connect" which you might have heard of). Unless you really want to know, I won't get into job specifics other than I literally have no residence. I grew up in the Central Valley (in CA) and more recently lived in Oakland, Ca (and loved it), but since I travel so much I am never home and didn't extend the lease on my apartment. So I live out of hotels or corporate housing that Kaiser provides me. Most of my job is to just sit around and wait for someone who needs my assistance and the rest of the time I spend on the computer (sometimes playing UO). Since I have no "home" I have lots of free time because I don't live with all of my friends (but I try to visit as often as I can).
So, I think that is it.... uhhh other than this being a rather large post and I know most people don't like reading large posts, any questions/comments? |
